Fully Qualified & Insured
Founder Dayne Williams qualified as a Carpenter in 2002, having already worked in the industry for several years and progressed to become a fully qualified Builder in 2009. COR Construction has all the relevant licences and insurances for compliance with required laws. We make sure our sub-contractors are also appropriately licenced and highly skilled.
Dayne Williams delivered a project that was complicated due to site constraints and documentation coordination issues. Dayne worked through the issues diligently and solved them. He is an excellent communicator. The scope of work was delivered in a timely manner and of high quality. There were no unforeseen variations. I will contract Dayne again without a doubt.
